Beach Day We had a wonderful Beach Day! We started out the day dancing to the Beach Boys and surfing. We even had a special beach ball greeting at morning meeting.
We had a picnic snack on the rug on our beach towels. We made ocean snacks at choice time- blue cream cheese on crackers with little goldfish swimming on them and some blue jello for after lunch with gummy fish swimming in them. We had hot dogs and chips and shells with sauce for lunch, with popsicles for dessert.
We went to the gym and played games. We played catch with our beach balls, but we wore flippers like seals! We had to try to pin the legs on the octopus and even got to try to feed some sharks!
We ate and played and hung out at the beach. We even ran to our specials in our bathing suits and boots through the snowstorm! (We did wear jackets, too)
By rest time- we were tired!
